Kim Kardashian is getting into the skincare game with her newest brand, SKNN By Kim. Her sister, Kylie Jenner, also included her skincare products in Kylie Cosmetics. Subsequently, Kim Kardashian announced her new beauty brand, SKKN by Kim, after ending KKW Beauty in 2021.
Kardashian introduced the new brand by posting photos of the highly anticipated collection in a post she shared on her Instagram on Wednesday, June 1. “I’m excited to finally introduce you to SKKN By Kim, a rejuvenating nine-art skincare ritual that I’ve been involved in developing.”
Kardashian said in a statement. “In all my business pursuits, I have been fueled by my passion to fill the gaps in the market with performance-oriented, expertly crafted and universally loved products, and I have carried that same impulse and approach to creating a skincare brand,” she said.
“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning about skin and skincare from the world’s leading dermatologists and estheticians, and every bottle of my new skincare brand is filled with knowledge I’ve accumulated along the way,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram account.
The Kardashians star stressed that the packaging is “refillable” and that the trace ingredients are “clean” and “science-backed for all skin types, tones, and textures at all stages of maturity.”
Kardashian has been very open about her suffering from psoriasis, a skin condition that can cause itchy, painful patches on her body or face. “What started as a psoriasis diagnosis has been the catalyst for my journey of skincare discoveries and inspired me to learn more about my skin and how to care for it,” she said in a statement.
Kardashian said she created SKKN “so everyone can trust their own skin,” adding, “I can’t wait to finally share it with you!” said.
New works will be available on June 21 only on sknnbykim.com. The current list of works includes a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C serum, moisturizer, eye cream, vitamin C oil, and night oil.
